We ship all orders from Australia with care and speed. Processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. International delivery times vary by destination. Returns Policy
We want you to love your swimwear. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return for store credit. Please note that we do not offer full refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, your item must:
Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Have all original tags and hygiene stickers attached
Be unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, fake tan, body oils, or marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once assessed and approved, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Return Shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be issued a store credit via email. Your store credit has no expiry date, so you can shop with us again whenever you’re ready.
