Returns Policy

We want you to love your swimwear. If your item isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a return for store credit. Please note that we do not offer full refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please visit our main menu and hover over "Contact Us" then select "Return Request". Fill in the prompts before submitting. 

Eligibility for Return To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Have all original tags and hygiene stickers attached
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, fake tan, body oils, or marks

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Please include clear photos of the item when submitting your return request to help us assess your claim promptly.

If the Return is rejected If the return does not meet the above requirements the customer will

  • pay to have the item/s shipped back to them.
  • If they don't pay within 30 days, the item may be disposed of.

Sale Items All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. Once assessed and approved, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Return Shipping (Within Australia) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, customers must first submit a return request form and wait for approval from our team. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit issued after the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.

Return Shipping (International) To initiate a return, customers must first submit a return request form and wait for approval from our team. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with return shipments are also the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be issued once the return has been received and approved following inspection.

Store Credit Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued to you via email within 5 business days. Your store credit has no expiry date, so you can shop with us again whenever you're ready.
